Our Kenya program, founded in 2006, is our largest. Close to 500 staff in our Kakamega headquarters support 3,000 field staff and serve 452,000 farmers. It’s where we design farmer trainings, plan product trials, and enroll new customers. In Nairobi, around 50 staff support global functions like procurement, recruitment, and government relations.
We sat down with Brenda Karimi, who leads recruitment for the Ethiopia program, to share some tips on being an outstanding candidate during an interview process at One Acre Fund.
