Kenya
Our Kenya program began in 2006 in Bungoma and now operates in 34 counties under the local brand Tupande. Today, we serve more than 1 million farmers, supported by a team of over 2,300 staff working directly in rural communities.
Our rural headquarters in Kakamega is the hub of our field operations, where we design farmer trainings programs, test new agricultural products, and onboard new staffers. In Nairobi, a global team of approximately 160 staff members manages various support functions, including procurement, recruitment, communications, and government relations.
