About the Role

We are seeking an analyst with finance and project management experience, and a demonstrated passion for our mission. The Global Financial Advisory Analyst will report to the Head of the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) to advance the departmental priorities aimed at setting up a scalable and efficient FAS team. You will provide leadership and administrative support, and perform ad hoc projects. You will gain insight into the broader finance departments and major organization-wide change projects.

Responsibilities

Leadership support

  • Provide thought-partnership, draft reports, and support on priority challenges for the leadership team
  • Collate and prepare presentations for senior leadership meetings

Administrative support

  • Prepare and set up for the annual FAS communication and engagement plan
  • Coordinate participant logistics, agenda creation and overall plan for team meetings and retreats
  • Organize field visits and initiatives that strive to maintain team cohesion

Manage and collaborate on ad hoc projects

  • Research different topics by collecting qualitative and quantitative information then validate and summarize the findings
  • Prepare responses to project related queries and help close stalled projects across the department

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • 3 years of experience in consulting, finance, or financial analysis
  • Solid understanding of using advanced formulas in Excel
  • Logical thinker, with an knack for analysis and solving business problems
  • Plan, prioritize and complete work across multiple projects
  • Internal customer service-centric attitude
