2024: People and DEI Report

Since 2020, we have invested in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization, focusing on building a strong, inclusive team to support our mission. We’ve made significant strides in this time, including restructuring our leadership group, enhancing compensation and redesigning our benefits packages, and improving our performance management processes.

We are moving into a new phase of our DEI journey. Broadly, we will continue to prioritize DEI in our long-term goals, advance gender diversity and equity in the workplace, and increase farmer-facing staff inclusion in decision-making. Specifically, we will seek to integrate DEI into annual and team-specific goals to address apparent gaps, such as staff gender imbalances, and augment our employee value proposition. Our continued focus on empowering our people is at the heart of achieving our bold 2030 vision – reaching 10 million farmers and creating $1 billion in impact.
