Bigger harvests today mean farmers can build a better tomorrow.

By growing more food, farmers can be sure of where their family’s next meal is coming from. With that confidence, and with the additional income they gain from selling surplus food, they are able to put their money into investments that’ll protect them long after the harvest.

By growing more food, farmers can invest in their children’s education, in new ventures that’ll diversify their income, and in the health of their land.
Food Is The Foundation

Jenifa Goliati
"During the lean season [October to March], we often had to choose between eating lunch or dinner.

Since then, I have seen a huge change in my yields. In 2025, I harvested 1,100 kgs—the biggest harvest I have ever had. With this good harvest, I sold some of it to pay for the next season. I also bought three chicks last year, and now they have grown into twelve chickens. This helps me make extra money."
