We take pride in having an extremely diligent vetting and interview process, and while it may take several months to complete, we believe the farmers we work with deserve nothing less than the very best service. The Interview process

Our interview process consists of multiple stages over the course of two to four months. We review applications on a rolling basis, and conduct first round interviews with candidates when there is a potential good fit. Candidates will be asked to participate in a variety of interview formats, and some may be asked to complete written exercises before reaching final interview rounds. These various stages of the process help to assure that we are doing our very best to recruit top talent.

What We’re Looking For

Our team members are expected to take on a lot of responsibility very quickly, and each of them must develop the capacity to manage complex, high-level initiatives independently.  This means we’re interested in people who have held leadership positions in some capacity, and who have experience driving towards results without extensive oversight.

Equally important is the personality and fit for the given role. For all positions, a humble, no-frills attitude is absolutely crucial. If you are applying for a field-based role, we look for candidates who have spent time in developing countries. Living conditions in the field can be challenging for some, and the ability to complete tasks in adverse conditions is crucial to success. We ask that all candidates think carefully about this prospective life change prior to applying and investing a significant amount of time in our interviewing procedures.
